Meet Stephie Smalls, one of the circle’s co-owners. She joined the Fantasy Intervention team Week 9 of the 2020 NFL season. Smalls is known for her unfiltered, spicy football centered Twitter account. She is a future doctor (M.D.) who had no intentions of entering the sports industry, but 2020 has been a year of the unexpected and now she is found throughout the community. Smalls first started as a contributor for NYGiants Rush, where she writes a weekly NYG focused injury report called, You’re Killing Me Smalls, uniting her devotion to the Giants & medicine. Smalls found herself a fellow Giant’s loving crew joining the New York Sports Podcast Clapback Sports where she fell in love with content creating. Shortly after, she started hosting her own show OnBeat for Fantasy Football SleeperWire Podcast. Smalls chats with beat writers from across the league weekly giving her the inside scoop on teams. Additionally, Stephie is live Wednesdays at 7pm with Fantasy Team Advice for her ‘You’re Killing Me Smalls” show.
But, the majority of Stephie Small’s feisty takes and fun can be found within the Fantasy Intervention circle. She debuted her weekly Rehab Report this season, bringing injury updates and a lot of energy live on-air Tuesdays at 8PM EST with Chase. Smalls uses medical research/studies to update and predict player injuries. Stephie is currently creating a master injury tracker that will debut with the start of the NFL Season 2021. Additionally, Stephie joins Chase and Adam live on-air Sundays at 11:30AM EST for last minute injury updates and Start/Sit questions. The gang eases last minute roster dilemmas, while kicking off football Sundays. And if that isn’t enough dose of Smalls, she can be found producing Quick Shots to keep the heat up with beneficial player information and articles, so you’re always one step ahead.
Stephie uses non-traditional tactics to evaluate and analyze players including, but not limited to complete injury evaluation and defense assessment. She is passionate about offensive lines, by gauging their functionality to anticipate skilled player fantasy performance. Smalls is obsessed with reviewing film, often spending hours reviewing all-22 incessantly.
When Stephie Smalls isn’t enthralled in football research, you can find her enjoying a cold black cherry White Claw, listening to Biggie, or watching Plaxico Burress highlight film. Be sure to find her on Twitter @stephiesmallls for good laughs and zesty takes with 9k+ tweets/monthly.
